How to Apply for PAN Card Reprint with QR Code

Step 1: Visit the UTIITSL Website

Step 2: Select “Reprint PAN Card”

  • Click on the “Reprint PAN Card” option.  

Step 3: Enter Your Details

  • Enter your PAN number, date of birth, and the captcha code.  
  • Click on “Submit.”

Step 4: Verify Your Details

  • Verify your partially masked details as maintained by the income tax department.  

Step 5: Choose OTP Delivery Method

  • Select your preferred method for receiving the one-time password (OTP): mobile, email, or both.
